Due to the high volume of consultation requests, the Ross and Enderlin law firm has developed the following policies for initial consultations.

Contact Form – A lawyer with the firm will answer contacts by email within 24 business hours. After obtaining adequate information about your case, the lawyer will provide an estimated retainer and answer general questions on what may happen in cases such as yours. The law firm will not charge a fee for these email consultations. The law firm may at any time notify the potential client that they cannot answer any additional questions without a retainer or a conference fee. The conference fee is a fifty dollar fee for a half hour telephone conference or in person meeting at the lawyer’s office. In no way will a client be charged a fee without first being informed that the law firm intends to charge a fee. Email consultations are preferred and generally we are able to answer them sooner than telephone calls. As soon as you fill out the contact form an email will be sent to us and we will respond within 24 hours. Please remember that some email providers will send our email to the junk or spam inbox because it will not recognize our address, so check your junk or spam inboxes after you contact us.

Telephone Consultations – A lawyer will provide one free initial telephone consultation with a client in which the lawyer will provide an estimated retainer and answer general questions on what may happen in cases such as yours. It is suggested that you make your first contact by using the contact form so that the lawyer can get some general background information and possibly set up a time that is convenient for both of you. The law firm will not charge a fee for this telephone consultation, but the telephone consultation will be a maximum of fifteen minutes. At any time the lawyer may notify the potential client that they cannot answer any additional questions without a retainer or a conference fee. In Person Consultations – At any time our lawyers will be happy to meet with you in person for a fifty dollar conference fee. The fee will be collected in advance and the conference will be a maximum of thirty minutes. Please fill out a contact form to set up a time to meet us in person.
