Stalking

Stalking means a pattern of words, whether verbal, written, or electronic, or a pattern of conduct that serves no legitimate purpose and is intended to cause and does cause a targeted person and would cause a reasonable person in the targeted person's position to fear death, assault, bodily injury, rape, kidnapping, or damage to property. A person may be sentenced up to 15 years for stalking. If you are charged with stalking, you need a serious criminal defense attorney to represent you. Call Derek Enderlin or Susannah Ross for experienced representation.
